Why we exist

The problem was never demand.

Studios are good at filling the top of the funnel. What breaks is everything after: the speed of the first reply, the follow-up that never happened, the intro that was never booked, the member who quietly stopped showing up. Those gaps are invisible in a CRM and expensive in reality.
