Fulfillment Policy

Given the nature of our services, fulfillment refers to the activation and delivery of digital tools, software setup, and client support. Our goal is to ensure that you receive the highest quality service and that your business can seamlessly integrate our solutions.

2. Delivery of Services

Upon successful payment, Revi will initiate the fulfillment of services as follows:

  • Software Setup & Integration: Within 5 business days of your purchase, Revi will begin the process of configuring your customized CRM solution or AI tool. Our team will coordinate with you to gather any required information to complete the setup.
  • Training and Onboarding: We offer onboarding sessions to help you understand and utilize our tools effectively. These sessions will be scheduled within 10 business days of the software integration.
  • Ongoing Support: Post-delivery, we provide continuous support via email and live chat for any questions or issues that may arise during the usage of our services.

3. Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our services, but understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary:

  • Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that the service has not yet been initiated (i.e., no setup or onboarding has begun).
  • Partial Refund: If the service setup has already begun but is incomplete, we offer a partial refund of up to 50% of the purchase price within the first 14 days after the purchase.
  • No Refund: Once the service setup and onboarding have been fully completed and the service is live, refunds are not available.

4. Cancellation Policy

Customers on subscription plans may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting Revi customer support.

  • For Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied.
  • For Annual Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds for unused months will not be provided unless the cancellation occurs within 30 days of purchase.

5. Shipping and Delivery

As Revi only offers digital services, no physical shipping is required. Upon completion of the setup process, all deliverables will be provided electronically, either through the cloud or via email. We will notify you of any relevant login credentials or access information via the contact details provided at the time of purchase.

6. Return Policy
